On the other hand, the Deep State's nefarious agenda is to counter Trump by all means, at the cost of human extermination through WWIII.
The lengthy, sterile and suspicious Mueller investigation appears each day more as a criminal conspiracy against a duly elected President, especially after it has been officially and vehemently denounced by senior Federal Judge T.S. Ellis. On April 9th, 2018, the unfettered Mueller investigation triggered a bizarre raid on Michael Cohen, Esq., President Trump's attorney. This happened with a questionable warrant, after months of illegally wiretapping his conversations with President Trump.
More egregiously, it seems that this wiretapping is a consequence of a previous DNC/Clinton "operation", with the FBI presenting the infamous/salacious "Dossier" to the FISA Court.
The Stormy Daniels' case is very simple, but it's made complicated on purpose by MSM/Fake News speculations, echoing the Deep State leaders' directives.
Since more than 10 years, Stormy Daniels had been in possession of allegedly compromising documents, images, audio, video recordings, text messages etc...
Why the porn star has chosen to come up at the very moment before the presidential votes, and not earlier, is yet to be answered by MSM.
Did she attempt previously to "use" these documents during these long 10 years?
This is critical information that MSM should have investigated, if their journalists were doing their jobs, rather than their obsessive anti-Trump propaganda/brainwashing.
Stormy Dniels "tactically" informed ABC Good Morning America that she was about to go public... 10 years later and right then ? Give us a break !
Stormy Daniels shortly after canceled her appearance and denied any affair with Trump. This is when the Settlement Agreement took place.
Even in the scenario that this could be a blackmail and extortion situation, there would have been no time to sort this out, and it would have had consequences.
There is probably a loophole in the law here, when candidates should be immunized from such attacks during the months preceding elections, since there is no sufficient time to counter and irreparable damage can be caused.
Michael Cohen, Trump's counsel, had to figure out a way to address this issue without harming the candidateTrump, his friend and client.
There is a fine line here in between what benefits to Trump as private person and to Trump as presidential candidate.
One of the legal obstacles was probably to avoid involving Trump in any way and at any stage, since any involvement, direct or indirect, would have been distorted and turned against him by his political opponents and MSM.
The heavy liquidated damages of the Settlement were a deterrent.
Maybe that's also why Michael Cohen mentioned Trump as an optional party in the Settlement, under a pseudonym kept secret.
By the end of the day, Trump did not sign this Settlement, so he was arguably not a party to the contract when it was executed, of which he may still be considered a third party beneficiary.
The signed settlement agreement and the civil complaint of Stormy Daniels are available as a matter of public record, in
case CV 18-02217 SJO (FFMx) before the United States District Court, Central District of California.
President Trump appeared as a party in that lawsuit, but his defenses are not yet known.
The important legal facts of the Settlement Agreement, that is attached to the Stormy Daniels First Amended Complaint, are the following: As per paragraph 1.1., Michael Cohen is not directly a party to the contract. The actual party is EC (Essential Consultants) LLC, a Delaware company that he has formed, as per the records of the DE Division of Corporations, and of which he is an authorized signatory.
As per same clause, Trump is and OPTIONAL party, since it reads "EC ... and/or DD" (Donald Trump) "on the one part", and ... PP ... (Stormy Daniels) on the other part".
Since Trump has not signed, the Settlement arguably operates only in between EC and Stormy Daniels.
EC, by Michael Cohen, has signed and provided the funds, so there again, Trump has arguably no part in this Settlement, except benefiting (or not).
Arguably also, Trump's signature, presence or knowledge is not legally necessary to bind Stormy Daniel, as long as the contract is signed by her and she has accepted the funds, and it is not stipulated that Trump is an indispensable party.
In a similar manner, a trust agreement does not have to be signed by the beneficiary to be enforceable in between the trustor and the trustee.
There is nowhere to find in that settlement that Michael Cohen has acted as Trump's agent/lawyer/representative, therefore Stormy Daniel should be obliged towards EC by this contract's arbitration and confidentiality clauses.
As a consequence, she may be found liable in Court of liquidated damages in the amount of several millions of dollars, as stipulated and accepted by her.
Since the porn star has publicly stated that she is not capable of paying such damages, why would she risk to come up publicly on TV, for instance, thereby violating openly the settlement ?
Why would her counsel object to the confidential arbitration process and go for a public trial, as it appears in the instant case?
By opting to file a complaint in a Federal Court rather than bringing the matter before an arbitrator, Stormy Daniels could well be found violating again the confidentiality stipulations of the agreement and exposing herself to further millions of dollars of damages.
It's hard to believe that she is exposing herself to such risks without a parachute...
It's much more easier to believe that she is duly "backed" by the Deep State "operators", as a part of a conspiracy against the President of the United States, a "side dish" of the decaying Russian Hoax that has now become more obvious by the day.
This is also evidenced by the bad faith of her complaint, in which she attempts to void the Settlement Agreement at all cost.
MSM/Fake news is obsessively speculating on the facts, thereby brainwashing the public with the alleged "crimes" introduced subversively by the Mueller investigation.
For instance, as a member or director of Essential Consultants LLC, Michael Cohen is perfectly entitled to ask First Republic, his bank, for an all-purpose home equity loan and pay Stormy Daniels with the funds. Anyone who has the curiosity to check this Bank's website can verify the fact.
So why would the Mueller investigation refer this as a "bank fraud" upfront? For example, would anyone be accused of driving under DUI now just because he's driving?
The answer could be : "Show me the man, and I'll invent the crime".
However, there also could be more to this...
The object of the Settlement Agreement, in part, is to prohibit the publication of material in possession of Stormy Daniels (PP), which reads as such: "2.1 Prior to entering into this Agreement, PP came into possession of certain"Confidential Information" pertaining to DD, as more fully defined below, only some of which is in tangible form, which includes. but is not limited to information, certain still images and/or text messages which were authored by or relate to DD (collectively the "Property", each as more fully defined below but which all are included and attached hereto as Exhibit "1" to the Side Letter Agreement)."
The above material, as per the Settlement, was remitted to Michael Cohen.
The Settlement also forbids Stormy Daniels to approach any member of Trump's family, to communicate copies of said "material".
Who knows if the FBI raid on Michael Cohen's office, triggered by Mueller, was not aiming at capturing this "Confidential Information" to use it as a leverage against the President ?
CONCLUSION
To cope with the high risks of a WWW3 that we are facing nowadays, STOPWW3.org believes that the North Korea peace talks and the Iran re-negotiations should be top priorities and it's time to put an end to the MSM/Deep State cabal by terminating this never-ending Mueller investigation and cleaning up the DOJ asap.
North Korea and Iran, its ally, have nuclear and/or missile ballistics programs that are incompatible with their radically hostile postures and dictatorships.
The de-nuclearisation of North Korea and the prevention of Iran's further moves to use Syria as a military platform against Israel, are absolute priorities that will backfire on all of us if they are not taken care of.
Peace talks with Kim Jong Ung and a global settlement with Iran should be the focus of MSM and public attention.
A solid deal with Iran will automatically involve to de-conflict Syria. This can't be done without Russia and Turkey.
Iran, through Hezbollah, should have no business in Syria, Lebanon and Yemen, and Iran's threat will eventually fade over time, without Russia's support and without nuclear arsenal. Just like the Deep State can brainwash our people through MSM up to a certain limit, so do the Iran Mollahs elites. In particular, the limit is when people lose their jobs and their homes, and they can't pay their bills.
As shown in the case of North Korea, strict economic sanctions can force radical dictatorships to the negotiation table. This would need some understanding with Russia, China and our European partners.
Russia is not fundamentally a belligerent country, for the simple reason that the Russian people are overwhelmingly pacifists. China is fundamentally and historically more interested in international trading expansion than war.
Looking at these countries with the eyes that the Deep State wants us to have is against our own national interests.
Russia should have more vested interests in our Country than in Iran, while we should favor solid but fair commercial exchanges with China.
Syria should recover its national sovereignty/integrity and reconcile with the Kurds, and this process should not involve the Hezbollah. It's time to think about helping this country to rebuild itself, rather than bombing it or instigating terrorism.
Demonizing Russia and Putin through the Russian witch hunt is clearly part of the Deep State's nefarious agenda. It's only serving the cause of World's destabilization and further wars and human tragedies.
The whole purpose of the Stormy Daniels "add-on" to the Russian Hoax is, at least, to distract us from these priorities, and it's time to bring these to an end.
The overt and covert plan to impeach President Trump is based on pure hatred and radical partisanship at best, and a criminal conspiracy at worst.
